Metrowest Place- Framingham/Southborough

Project Overview
This project with Normandy acquisitions involved repositioning an existing outdated office building in the attractive I 90 Framingham area. It involved the construction of a 5 story 80,000 sf office and lab expansion to the existing 70,000 sf building with associated parking, utilities and other site features.

KEG led all aspects of the site design and permitting for the project including topographic and property line surveys; provided civil/site design including site layout, grading, and utilities; coordinated transportation planning; prepared all permit applications; coordinated with the Town representatives; and represented the project through the complex public hearing process.

The project design was complicated by difficult topography, a split lot partially in Framingham and partially in Southborough, the need for additional parking located across the Pleasant Street Connector and the connection to the existing sewer system.
